- Each scenario is supervised by an International Coordinator to guide teachers throughout the project
- Via our online portal, all project scenarios and additional materials are made available

- At the end of the project, students fill in a self-evaluation in consultation with their teachers.
- Based on the criteria, a number of student groups will be nominated for external assessment
- Our international jury will evaluate the work and determine which groups have earned a certificate of excellence.

- Eumind projects are a strong element of the school policy to make the schools more international and global
- Sustainable integration of Eumind activities into the curriculum and school life . A growing number of schools in India and in Europe are linking the topics of the on-line projects to the curriculum (see outcomes evaluation by teachers 2015) and are using the Eumind activities to showcase the internationalisation of the school

Video conferences
A vital part of the Eumind projects, are the video conferences the students partake in. This way, your students stand in direct contact with peers on the other side of the globe.
Every year, more than 1500 students partake in a Eumind video conference.
Your international coordinator will help you to schedule the video conference with your Indian colleague. In addition, a training session is available for European teachers at the start of the school year. All to ensure you get the most out of this experience.

Online projects
- About 100 (50 Indian and 50 European ) classes with about 2500 students take part yearly
- Schools are matched bilaterally in online projects by Eumind management (June-July)
- International coordinators coach schools and monitor progress
- The methodology
- The projects Go Green, Regions, Values, Human Rights, World of Work , Maths are research focused project and (over broad general project themes which are divided into subtopics. Each subtopic has its main research question and its subquestions. The subgroups of the participating schools deal with the same subtopics.
- The projects On Stage, Arts drawing, Creative entrepreneurship follow a more creative scenario.
- Project scenarios for each project are available
Teachers get a booklet with a detailed description of the time line, the topics, the nomination procedure and the self-assessment sheets. Students get a clear description of all assignments and a self-assessment sheet to be filled out at th end of the project. - Video conferences
- Eumind has been a pioneer in implementing video conferences in online projects.
- The number of video conferences has risen spectacularly. About already 1200 students yook part in one or more video conferences in 2015. Since the pandemic Zoom, Google meet and other tools are being used very frequently
- Certificates of excellence and of good practice. (February – March)
- Students fill in the self-assessent sheets. Teachers nominate their groups for a certificate of excellence and a certificate of good practice.
- International jury.
About 18 jurymembers from the Netherlands, Belgum, Italy, Rep. Macedonia, India assess the nominated projects.
