EUmIND Exchange program AY 2024-2025 VIBGYOR High Malad East
The day commenced with a Welcome Session at the Stilt Area, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere for all participants. This was followed by an engaging session of Indian Traditional Games at the Turf and Stilt Area, where students were introduced to cultural games of India, though limited time permitted only partial participation.
Subsequently, the Dutch Students’ Presentation was conducted in the Grade 8, 9, and 11 classrooms. This session provided a valuable platform for cross-cultural exchange, enabling the visiting students to share their perspectives and experiences, thereby fostering mutual learning and understanding.
A short Snack Break, arranged by the school, offered an opportunity for informal interactions among students. Thereafter, an Art Activity was held, which encouraged creativity and collaboration among the participants.
The program resumed after a brief interval with the SPA Activities. The first session, a Folk Song Presentation in the Music Room, highlighted the richness of traditional music, while the subsequent Mime Activity in the Speech and Drama Room emphasized the significance of non-verbal communication and expressive performance.
Following the Lunch Break in the Canteen Area, students actively participated in a PLC Activity (Drum Circle). This activity Encourage teamwork and coordination, reduce stress and improve focus, build confidence and creativity, strengthen community bonding
The day concluded with a thoughtful Interaction with the Principal. This session allowed students to reflect on their experiences, seek guidance, and gain inspiration for future learning endeavors.
In summary, the program was well-organized and successfully integrated cultural, artistic, and interactive elements. It provided meaningful opportunities for collaboration, creativity, and intercultural learning, making it an enriching experience for all participants.
