RIZVI SPRINGFIELD HIGH SCHOOL

We really enjoyed the Whole time during the Eumind project. We prepared for the topic, made ppts and also experienced a lot new things like making questions for the students of Netherland to ask during the meeting about the youth facilities provided there. We have get to know about what facilities there government provides them. We really enjoyed this whole time because it was a new thing for us to know about other countries student daily life. Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed our job by learning new things like editing, talking to them which results in building confidence.

REFLECTION

Group 1: Facilities for youth

The EUMIND Project has been very exciting and illuminating experience for all of us. During this time we all got to know the culture of the other side of the world and developed our personality with qualities like helping each other, teamwork, and adhering to deadlines and submitting our work on time. The Human Rights group has put light on the basic Human Rights in India, the Go-green group emphasizes on the climate crisis around the world which has increased rapidly since last few decades, the Values group has made us realise the importance of our relationships and our responsibilities to them.

Regions
Group 2: Local shop versus online shopping

As a group leader, my experience has been wonderful and we enjoyed this exchange program. It was a great opportunity to learn about other countries and develop our communication skills. It also improved our time management skills as we completed things within a certain deadline. We interviewed both customers and shop owners near our school in the Khar West region. Our research taught us that customers are looking for similar things- no matter where they’re shopping. Convenience plays a huge role in purchasing both offline and online shoppers. We had a zoom meeting with our companion group in the Netherlands during our school hours and it was a pleasure interacting with them. We also had a WhatsApp group for inner discussion about our project.

Group 3: Sports

For our project, we have divided our projects into different categories. Such as interviews among, two head coaches of our school were taken by group members. For the interview of students in our school of our age groups all of our group members contributed. And for the last part, that is the interview of adults we went out to many sports clubs in our area. We enjoyed it very much during interviews and sharing our research with our partner school. The most difficult part was interviewing different people with different mindsets. Overall it was a great experience.

Group 4: Medical facilities

For a project a first aim was to divide a topic into the spectrum of government versus private. For the first video call we only did introductions of the topics before conducting a research which included taking interviews which was the hardest part because it was difficult to summarise so many different age groups is opinions in but over all it was a fun and interactive experience for all of us.

Group 5: Transport  and Traffic Safety

We all enjoyed doing this project as we met students from Netherlands and get to know a lot about their daily schedule and routine life, their favorite subjects, how they enjoy their country facilities as it was very interesting to know and share our thoughts with new people. The most difficult part was interviewing the people of our region and ask them question related to their particular facilities safety rules, but overall it was a great experience to connect with new people from the other half of the world.
